How long will the popcorn last?

Our Savory and Cheezy popcorn last about 7 to 10 days.

Our fruit flavors, caramels, and Sweet and Specialty flavors last about 4 weeks.

Some of our customers say the popcorn last more time than specified above. Keep in mind that you should store popcorn in air tight containers while not eating it.

Are you a nut free facility?

While we take precaution in the cleaning and care of our equipment to avoid cross contamination in our products, we can not guarantee complete safety if you are allergic to nuts.

Our popcorn is made in a facility and equipment that works with nuts, dairy, soy and wheat.

Do you offer gluten free popcorn?

We do have a vast variety of products that are gluten friendly. Most fruits and caramels are gluten friendly. Some savories and some sweet specialties are gluten friendly. Classic Movie and Kettle are gluten friendly as well.

However, while we take precaution in the cleaning and care of our equipment to avoid cross contamination in our products, we can not guarantee complete safety if you are allergic wheat.

Do you offer vegan or dairy free options?

We do have some vegan friendly popcorn. All of our fruit only flavor popcorn are vegan friendly as well as the Classic Movie, and Kettle. For a cheese flavor, we offer Vegan Cheddar Cheese Popcorn in the Cheezy Section of our store.

How do you ship and how long does it take?

We ship our packages priority mail with the USPS. Packages take 3 to 4 days to get to their destination.

Shipping is done between Tuesdays and Thursdays to ensure freshness.

Chocolate items will not be shipped between May and October.

I am having a party, how can you help?

Wohoo! Whether it is a wedding, a shower, a birthday party or corporate event, we want to celebrate with you. We offer different options for your event. You can buy bulk popcorn or Party Size to set up a popcorn bar or you can buy individual bags or Party Favors for your guests. Contact us in the Event section to help you plan your event.

Do you have a refund or return policy?

While we strive for our product to meet your standards, if you are not satisfied:

In Store Purchases: return your product back to the store or notify us within 24 hrs of purchase and we will replace your popcorn with the flavor of your choice.

Online Purchases: we will replace your popcorn should they arrive damaged. Replacement must be requested within 7 days of purchase and to the address provided when purchased. We are not responsible for items in transit or undeliverable if incorrect information was entered. Remember: chocolate items are not shipped between May and October.
